We
had a number of standard phone lines coming into our building,
which wound up in a mess in the room with our phone equipment.
We were having a number of problems with the lines and
we didnt have a good way to get the Internet speed
we needed at the time.

We
operate a hotel and wanted to resell Internet services
to our residents. At the same time, we wanted to redo
the way our phone lines were running to the rooms so that
we could put all of our equipment into a new communications
room.
To get ready for this we hired a cable company to run
new wires to the rooms. Basically the cabling project
was a mess when we looked for someone to help us get our
project back on track. The wiring was not run properly
to meet our objectives by the first vendor.
We hired Empire Communications because they were able
to provide us with a quick solution to the wiring problem
without having to completely redo everything. We were
happy with that solution and the vendor they used to get
the project finished correctly. Subsequently, we used
Empire Communications to design our Internet services
system and billing software for the hotel and then manage
its implementation along with the setup of the new communications
room.
We were impressed with the time and attention to detail
that Empire provided to make sure everything was done
right. They made sure that each vendor was on track and
they made sure that everything was completed and working
properly according to a custom checklist they created
for us. We were happy with the price, and the speed with

Our
company is located in England and when we moved some employees
into a new office in New York, we needed to get communications
between the new office and our main office in London.
In England, when you want to get anything done with your
phones or the Internet, you call British Telecomm. We
quickly found out that this is much more complicated affair
in the States.
Our team arrived in the States on a Thursday and we wanted
to have them communications capable by Monday so that
we could meet customer commitments. We called a phone
company and they said they could not get it done that
fast. So we started to call other companies from the phone
book. When they realized how quickly we needed help, some
actually laughed.
When we called Empire Communications, they were very helpful
and said that they thought they could get most if not
all of what we needed done by Monday. They put together
a plan and prices for us quickly so that we could make
a decision that day.
We decided to have Empire help us and we were not disappointed.
By Monday everything we needed to support our new office
in the States was setup and running. We were very pleased
with Empire and how friendly and knowledgeable everyone
there was.
