  • We can help you to upgrade your communications systems.
  • We can help you replace communications systems.
  • We can improve your communications capabilities.
  • We can help you to plan and budget for communications systems that you will need to purchase in the future or based on specific contingencies.
  • We can help you find redundancy, excess costs and then help you to reduce the cost of your communications services.

Question - How Do We Know If You Are the Right Company to Help Us?

Answer: Right now you don’t – But, if you’re interested in improving your communications or in saving money, we will want to meet you. We will want to explore your objectives with you and provide you with an opportunity to decide if you like what we have to offer. If you like what you hear, we can move forward to provide you with our services.

Question - What Kinds of Costs are Involved?

Answer: As consultants, we charge for our services by the hour. Our initial consultation with you is provided at no charge so that you can evaluate what we have to say, what we have to offer, and for you to get a feel for the expertise we can deliver.

Because we are experienced consultants, we can tell you up front how much of our time will be needed to achieve the results you want before moving forward.

Question - How Specifically Can You Save Us Money?

Answer: We use a number of strategies to save our customers money. The first strategy is to identify areas where our customers are paying more for services than they should be. We are familiar with the current billing plans for virtually every serviceprovider. For starters, the rate you are currently paying may not be the best rate that is currently available – we look at this. Another area we look at is overcharges, lines that may not be used or that are underutilized. Finally, we look at equipment and infrastructure to see if technology can be used to eliminate or reduce overall costs. For example, one popular area of interest where we have been able to save our customers money is by consolidating Internet data connections and distributing them across virtual private networks with the addition of Voice over IP technology (no toll long distance). This is just one example of where the right equipment can make a big difference. In most every case we are able to find ways to be more efficient, save money and deliver better service levels to our customers.

Question – If We Decide to Use Empire, What Will Happen Next?

Answer: First, before you make your decision, we will meet, we will listen to your objectives and we will offer suggestions for which actions to take. At this time, we will provide you with an estimate on how much of our time will be needed to meet your objectives. When you decide that our plan and costs are to your liking, we will move forward. We will then provide you with our expertise utilizing a five step process involving; discovery, education, specification analysis, design recommendations and implementation management.

Question – Can You Tell Us More About This 5 Step Process?

Answer: Certainly - Our process is representative of both a management process and the method in which we deliver the highest quality services to our customer. Each step serves the following functions:

Discovery – We spend time with our customers up front to discuss and identify objectives. We use these requirements to perform discovery efforts to identify all of the factors that we will need to consider. This includes reviewing current setups, equipment, wiring, and service plans.

Education – We know that an informed customer will help us to help them best. We devote time to educate our customers, to present ideas and options that feed back into the objective setting process once everyone knows what is possible and what to expect.

Specification Analysis – We take information related to the current situation and the objectives we have agreed upon with you – then design a specification to meet the goal. In the process we will review equipment specifications, service plans and third party vendors to select those that most readily support the design we will prepare.

Design Recommendations – After we have performed a thorough analysis, review and selection process, we will document our recommendations. We will provide you with an overview of what has to happen to meet the goal, what equipment if any will be needed, service plan arrangements and the cost for each of these events to happen. We will make a sound recommendation that provides you with all of the facts that you need to make a confident decision.

Implementation Management – Once you have made your decision, we are available to help you manage all of the aspects of your project and to ensure third party vendor compliance. This includes management of actions, equipment installation, service provisioning and all required setups as well as budgets. During this process we are available to answer any questions and to ensure that the end result is what you expect.

Question – What Manufacturers do You Represent?

Answer: We do not represent any specific manufacturers of equipment. However, we do have extensive expertise with equipment supplied by all major telecommunications equipment manufacturers. Rather than directly represent one or a few manufacturers, we prefer to retain our objectivity. We find that this approach serves our customers best interests. We specify equipment based on cost to performance and its ability to meet your objectives.

Question – Can We Talk To People Who Know You and Have Experience With Your Services?

Answer: Yes, absolutely! Once we meet and we understand your company and your requirements, we will be happy to put you in contact with customers who have experiences similar to yours so that they can tell you first hand how we helped them to meet their objectives and save money.
